Q: Do you offer a refund? 

A: We offer a 14 days trial, which is good enough to explore the platform thoroughly. We request that you upgrade to paid plans only when you have taken a trial and are ready to upgrade. We don’t offer refunds.  

Q: Can I create a membership on the Enlitly platform?

A: Yes, you can create both single-tier and multi-tier membership on the platform.

Single-tier – In Enlitly, a membership is a combination of your content and your community along with a recurring price.  

To enable membership in Enlitly, all you have to do is enable “show community” in the product setting and then attach a recurring price in the pricing module.  

You can always refresh your content whenever a new month starts. All you need to do is let your users know that new content is available.

Multi-tier membership – We also support multi-tier membership via Bundle feature. The bundle feature combines other products. You can create different pricing tier for a bundle. Access to products within bundle is granted according to choosen price tier. Members can switch from one pricing tier to other with one click!

Currently, we do not offer ability to create multiple site pages and link them together in the membership site.

Q: Can I use my own domain with the Enlitly platform?

 A: Absolutely! Once you have purchased your domain from a domain provider like iPage, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or any other provider, write an email to [email protected]. We will help you point your domain to the Enlitly server. We also offer a free SSL.   

Q: Can I host videos on Enlitly platform?

A: Enlitly has in-house video hosting using Amazon storage. When using Enlitly, you don’t need an external video hosting service like Vimeo.  All your files reside in your business’s media library.

Q: Do you have coupons?

A: Yes, we do have coupons, available in Pricing module >> Manage Coupons

Q: I’d like to know if the entire platform can be multi-lingual?

A: We have offered a google translation dropdown on all end websites, including the content dashboard. So, if you are creating a site in English, your customers can use the translation dropdown to view it in a different language.

Alternatively, You can create your site in your own language too. 

Note that videos cannot be converted into a different language, however, you can upload captions to your videos.

Q: Do you have a mobile app?

A: Your content dashboard and end website are mobile compatible, meaning the user can watch videos on mobile. We don’t have a mobile app at this point but we may introduce it in the future if there is enough interest from users and prospects. Send us a request at [email protected]
