This article covers some frequently asked questions about the site editor.

Q: I am trying to make an image round but it shows up in oval shape. How do I make the image round?

A: In order to show a round image, system uses a property border-radius. If image is not in square shape, it will show up in oval shape. We recommend that you change the size of the image in Canva or ms paint to make it square shape and then upload the image.

Q: I copied text from my old site. Now I am not able to change the format. How do I format the text?

A: When you copy text from other site, the old formatting is retained. To fix this, remove the old formatting using “Clear Formatting” option and then apply the new formatting.

Q: I am not able to add more options to the navigation bar?

A: Currently, you can add up to 7 options in the site navigation bar. Its a single level menu. We do plan to introduce a more comprehensive multi-level menu in future.

Q: Is the site that you offer GDPR compliant?

A: We recommend all our users to use pop up from cookie-script. We have created a general guideline on how you can be compliant, but its your responsibility to ensure that you stay compliant.
