Introduction of Users Module

The Users Module consist of 2 reports

Visitors #

The visitor report tracks all visitors who have visited in past 3 months. You can find visitor history of each page by entering page name in the search text.

Name, email is availble whenver user is logged in.

Following fields are tracked

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email
4. City
5. Region
6. Country
7. Action (Page visited)
8. Datetime (Date of Visit)

You can use same search field to filter by any column. e.g. You can enter city name in the search column. This will show you result that contains the entered ciry name.

You can also export the data to do offline analysis.

Customers #

This is your customer report. You will see all users email, first name and last name here. You can filter the report by each product by entering product name in the search result.

You can also add a new customer here. This is helpful when you want to manually enroll the user. To manually enroll a user, click on Add user icon on he top right side. This will open a dialog box where you can enter First name, last name and email.

Note that this will trigger a purchase email, so its best to let them know about this access.
