Enlighten Minds with Enlitly!
In this article, we will cover step by step process to create a live webinar funnel in Enlitly.
Step 1: Go to Funnels >> Marketing Funnels tab
Step 2: Add a new marketing funnel. This will show available options. Select the option “Live Webinar” and click on Add. This will create 4 assets that are required to create a funnel in Enlitly.
These assets are: Pages, Form, List, Emails.
Adding a live funnel will create
3 Pages:
a. Webinar Registration Page
b. Webinar Confirmation Page
c. Webinar Replay Page
1 Form:
You will find this form in the Form module from the left side menu. The system uses same form name as the funnel name. This form will be used to collect details of those who registered.
1 List
You will find this list in the List module from the left side menu. The form that was created above would add registered contacts to this list. The system uses same list name as the funnel name.
Emails:
In case of Live Webinar funnel, we need 1 confirmation email, which is triggered immediately after someone opts in. This confirmation email is created in Sequence module.
In addition to confirmation email, system creates 6 broadcast email which you will see in the Broadcast module. These emails are reminders to attend the webinar + a replay email and closure. These are in the draft state. You will have to schedule it according to your live webinar date.
Step 3: Next, apply templates to each of the 3 pages.
For the Webinar Registration page, you can currently use templates available under Squeeze page type.
For the Webinar Confirmation page, you can apply the templates available under Thank You page type.
Replay page simply needs a Video block and a Call to action. You can use one of the default blocks for this purpose.
Step 4: After applying templates, next step is to personalize text, images and color according to your brand.
Step 5: The squeeze templates use a default form. You will need to change this default form to the form that was created while adding the template. Please DO NOT use the default form.
Step 6: Next Connect the pages together by changing the redirect URL. Forms and buttons have a redirect URL which you can use to redirect visitors from one page to other.
Step 7: Test the funnel to make sure that
a. You are receiving confirmation email once you opt in and that you are redirected to confirmation page after entering your registration details.
b. You can schedule a new broadcast email to see how broadcast will work. The actual emails you can schedule later according to your live webinar date.
Remember to verify your email that you will use to send emails. This verification is separate from account verification. You need to verify one email only once.
