This article outlines the steps to add an upsell page to your sales funnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic Structure of a Sales Funnel:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sales Page<\/strong>: Showcase your main product offer. Call to Action – Checkout<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checkout Page<\/strong>: Allow users to complete the purchase of the main product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upsell Page<\/strong>: Present an additional product at an exclusive price, giving the user the option to purchase or skip to the confirmation page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank You Page<\/strong>: Confirmation of the user’s actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: An upsell in Enlitly is always the next step after a primary purchase has been made. If you’re offering a product after a free opt-in, it\u2019s not considered upselling. Refer to this article for creating a tripwire funnel<\/strong> <\/a>(a free opt-in followed by a paid offer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Add an Upsell Page:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong>: From the products dashboard, find the main product you want to sell. Click on “Manage Product,” which will display tabs like Content<\/strong>, Pages<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/strong>: Click on the Pages<\/strong> tab. By default, your product will have three pages: a Sales Page, Checkout Page, and Thank You Page. Click the “Add Page” button in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/strong>: Add an upsell page. This process is similar to adding any other page, but it requires additional configuration to function in the funnel. After adding the page, move it between the Checkout and Thank You pages, as that\u2019s where the upsell should be offered. Drag the page using the grab icon on the left side of each page, as shown in the screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/strong>: To connect the upsell product, create a new product. For example, if you\u2019re offering upsell digital files, add a product specifically for digital files in the product dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5<\/strong>: In the pricing section of the new product, define two prices: one regular price for standalone purchases and an exclusive price<\/strong> for upselling purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6<\/strong>: Go back to the upsell page and open it in the page editor. Click on “Apply Template” in the top left corner, and choose one of the upsell templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7<\/strong>: After applying the template, modify the call-to-action button settings. Change the button type from “Regular” to “Upsell.” This will display the available upsell product prices. Select the exclusive price you defined earlier, then publish the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 8<\/strong>: Link the upsell page to the checkout page and the thank you page. Copy the upsell page\u2019s URL and paste it into the “Redirect URL” field in the checkout block settings.
