Q: Can I create a membership on the Enlitly platform?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Yes, you can create both single-tier and multi-tier memberships on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single-tier Membership – In Enlitly, a membership is a combination of your content and your community, along with a recurring price. Any product type can be converted into a membership by adding a recurring price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You also have option to enable community within the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose to refresh your content whenever a new month starts. Or you can schedule existing content on Drip for new members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-tier Membership – We also support multi-tier memberships via the Bundle feature. The Bundle feature combines other products. You can create different pricing tiers for a bundle. Access to products within the bundle is granted according to the chosen price tier. Members can switch from one pricing tier to another with one click!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can I use my own domain with the Enlitly platform?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Absolutely! Once you have purchased your domain from a domain provider like iPage, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or any other provider, write an email to support@enlitly.com<\/a>. We will help you point your domain to the Enlitly server. We also offer a free SSL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can I host videos on the Enlitly platform?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Enlitly has in-house video hosting using Amazon storage. When using Enlitly, you don’t need an external video hosting service like Vimeo. All your files reside in your business’s media library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Do you have coupons?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Yes, we do have coupons, available in the Pricing module under “Manage Coupons”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I’d like to know if the entire platform can be supported in French (or German\/Swedish) language?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: We offer a Google translation dropdown on all end websites, including the content dashboard. So, if you are creating a site in English, your customers can use the translation dropdown to view it in a different language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can create your original site in your own language too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
